Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods (via Razorpay)
We process online payments securely through Razorpay. The following options are typically available:
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps
Netbanking: Select Indian banks
EMI / Pay Later: If shown at checkout by your card issuer or Razorpay partner
Wallets: If enabled in our Razorpay account (shown at checkout)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders and serviceable pincodes (courier dependent)
Availability can vary by product, order value, pincode or risk checks by Razorpay and our courier partners.
Charges & Currency
All prices and charges are in INR (₹).
Your bank/card statement may show a descriptor like “RZP TECH BHARAT”* (or similar).
A nominal COD fee may apply where applicable; it will be shown at checkout.
Invoices & GST
A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.

For business purchases, add your billing GST details at checkout or email us after placing the order.
Payment Security
Online payments are processed by Razorpay using industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS compliant systems.
We do not store your full card/UPI credentials on our servers. Tokenization and authentication are handled by Razorpay/issuers.
UPI / Netbanking Notes
UPI and Netbanking are usually confirmed instantly.
If money is debited but the order does not confirm, it typically auto-reverses by the bank/gateway within standard timelines. You can also contact us with the UTR to help track it.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
Available for eligible items and serviceable pincodes.
Limits may apply based on order value/courier policy. Please keep exact cash or use the mode offered by the courier (if available).
Bank Transfer (Optional)
We generally recommend online checkout via Razorpay.
If you need manual NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, contact us first; we’ll share current bank details and verify payment. Orders are processed after payment reflects in our account.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-shipment cancellations: we will void/reverse the charge where possible; otherwise a full refund is issued.
Returns (eligible items): refunds are sent to the original payment method after quality check.
Typical refund timelines: 3–7 business days after approval (bank/gateway dependent).
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer to your provided account details.
Price & Payment Verification
We may cancel and refund any order affected by pricing errors, payment authorization failures, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
